it’s okay to feel.

I provide individual and relationship support for those on journeys of deep healing and transformation. My approach is grounded in helping clients to identify the impacts of trauma on their nervous system, behavioral patterns , and internal beliefs.

I guide clients in discovering ways to reconnect with their bodies and develop deep trust in the wisdom they already hold.

I’m dedicated to helping you heal, reclaim trust in Self, and build the nurturing relationships you deserve.
